Service Description

Come and learn to use Pilates equipment safely and effectively in a small personalised group class! (max of 3 participants) - For the more experienced continue to build on your technique with additional challenges and repertoire. Each session uses a combination of equipment and mat based Pilates exercises and is a whole body, low impact workout that improves balance and alignment while building core strength and stability, muscle tone, and mobility and flexibility of the joints and spine. Open to BEGINNERS AND BEYOND who are injury free, with a reasonable level of fitness and mobility. If pre/early postnatal please contact the studio to discuss if this class is appropriate for you before booking in.
