Service Description
A private, individualized Pilates session based on your experience, ability and objectives. Ideal for the complete beginner through to the more experienced client wanting to deepen their Pilates practice. Each session is a full body, comprehensive workout that focuses on ideal posture, alignment, correct muscle recruitment and movement patterns to increase mobility, stability, endurance and strength of the muscles, spine and joints. With your instructor's undivided attention and guidance, you will use equipment such as the Reformer and Tower safely and effectively to improve your movement while working at a pace and level of challenge and progression that suits you and your body.
